| Let me give an illustration: If you use a Young's concordance, it will show you where a particular Greek word is found everywhere in the Bible; It will show how it is also used (translated) in other ways in the Bible; But also included in this, it will say this word means (so and so); That may be true or not be true; The value of the concordance is that it will show you accurately everywhere in the Bible where that word is used; The Bible is its own dictionary; As you see where it is used and the context in these places, you can see how God uses that word |
